What we do

We guide foreigners, and their families, who are held at a removal centre, who have been notified (tebliğ) of a deportation (deport / sınır dışı) decision, or who face an entry ban. We listen to the situation, explain which decision was made and which deadline is running, and help prepare the necessary applications.

• Support with court cases against deportation decisions (through our contracted lawyers)
• Objections to administrative detention (idari gözetim) decisions, and requests for alternatives to detention
• Checking entry ban codes (tahdit kodu) and applying to have them removed
• Residence permit (ikamet izni) applications, extensions, and objections to refusals
• Translation, notary and appointment services

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee results. Decisions are made by the courts and the authorities.
• We are not an official authority. We have no connection with the migration authority (Göç İdaresi) or any other government body.
• We do not pretend to know something we do not know. When we are not sure, we look into it and get back to you.
